Rachel Savage Presents Research at Biophysical Society Meeting

Rachel Savage '17 attended the 61st Annual meeting of the Biophysical Society in New Orleans from Feb. 11-15, 2017. There, she presented her honors thesis work done in collaboration with Professor of Physics Francis Starr. Her poster was titled, "Investigation of the Melting Thermodynamics of a DNA 4-Way Junction: One base at a time."

Savage is a Molecular Biology & Biochemistry major, and a Beckman Scholar, working with the Fisk Professor of Natural Science Ishita Mukerji.
