Jennifer Cascino Receives Academic Prize

Jennifer Cascino was recognized this spring with the William Firshein Prize. It is awarded to the graduating Molecular Biology and Biochemistry student who has contributed the most to the interests and character of the Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Department.

She also received the Hawk Prize, which is awarded to the students who have done the most effective work in biochemistry.

She also received the Scott Prize in Spanish. Established by Charles Scott Jr., M.A., Class of 1886, and trustee 1905-22, in memory of John Bell Scott 1881, it is awarded for excellence in modern languages.
